Karachisata Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Karachisata platform, including the website at karachisata.net and any mobile applications we make available ("Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on Karachisata.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact the Karachisata support team before continuing. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, regardless of how they access it — whether through a browser, the Karachisata mobile app, or any other method.

Karachisata reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised "last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in plain English for the convenience of our Pakistani players. Where any ambiguity exists between a simplified explanation and the underlying intent, the intent as described throughout these Terms shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Karachisata, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Karachisata does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether applied through Karachisata or any other arrangement that covers your use of online betting and gaming platforms.
• You must not have had a previous Karachisata account closed for breach of these Terms.

Karachisata may request proof of age, identity, or residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. We carry out these checks to protect our players and maintain platform integrity — they are not intended to cause unnecessary inconvenience.

If Karachisata determines at any point that a player did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration, or subsequently ceased to meet them, any funds held in the account may be returned to the original deposit method and any winnings generated during the ineligible period may be forfeited.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Karachisata Platform. If we identify that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your contact email address or phone number — please update your account or notify the support team promptly.

Your account login credentials — your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. Karachisata is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately so that your account can be secured.

Karachisata may suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary rules applicable to specific products or promotions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents.
• Suspected collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity intended to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable conduct directed at Platform staff or other users.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine funds remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Karachisata processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your Karachisata account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. Standard JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. Karachisata does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This policy is in place to reduce the risk of fraud and to comply with standard financial controls. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Karachisata may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and applies to all players. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid national identity card, proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to a third party — including family members — is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Karachisata offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including a welcome bonus for new players, reload bonuses, PSL season specials, accumulator boosts, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Each bonus offer will specify:

• The minimum qualifying deposit amount in PKR (where applicable).
• The wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Eligible games or betting markets that contribute towards the wagering requirement.
• The time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed.
• Any maximum bet limits that apply while a bonus is active.

Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts is considered a breach of these Terms.

Karachisata reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already made a qualifying deposit, the bonus funds credited will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of the deposit.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money PKR balance and will be used first when you place a bet unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Karachisata are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general and specific rules, the specific rules take precedence.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the amount has been deducted from your account balance. Karachisata reserves the right to refuse any bet — including in-play bets — at its discretion. Odds displayed on the Platform may change before a bet is confirmed, and you will be notified if the odds on your selection have changed before you finalise your bet.

Cricket and PSL markets: Bets on PSL matches and international cricket are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Matches that are abandoned without a result will be treated as void and stakes returned, unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result has been declared and is recognised by the governing body as the official result.

Rescheduled matches: If a match is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will stand. If the match does not take place within 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

In-play betting: In-play markets are available for selected cricket, football, and other events. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of Karachisata and may be suspended at any point during a match. Bets placed on in-play markets are settled using the official match data provided to Karachisata by its data suppliers.

Errors and technical faults: In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, odds that are clearly and materially incorrect compared to fair market value — Karachisata reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price. Players will be notified, and stakes will be returned to their account balance. This provision applies regardless of whether the error was on a pre-match or in-play market.

Maximum payout: Maximum payout limits apply on a per-event and per-day basis. These limits are displayed in the relevant sections of the Platform and may vary by sport, market, and bet type. Winning bets that would otherwise exceed the maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

7 Casino & Games

Karachisata's casino section includes slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), fish games, and bingo. All casino games are provided by third-party software suppliers and are governed by the rules published within each game as well as these Terms.

The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer at the live table. Karachisata does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available on request.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the game will resume from where it was interrupted when you reconnect. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on the Platform's side, the affected round will be settled fairly based on the game state at the point of disconnection. In cases where settlement cannot be determined, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance.

Live dealer table games are hosted by third-party studios and are subject to their own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Karachisata does not set these limits and cannot override them.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Karachisata Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known bug are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Participating in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party payment methods to circumvent deposit limits, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening conduct towards Karachisata staff or other users, whether through the live chat, email, or any other channel.

Karachisata employs a combination of automated systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. The outcome of these reviews is final at the operational level, though players have the right to raise a formal complaint as described in the contact section of these Terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

Karachisata is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Betting and gaming are entertainment activities and should be approached with a clear budget and a time limit in mind. We strongly encourage all players to treat any money deposited on the Platform as the cost of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit cap from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour review period before they become active.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a chosen duration of continuous play. This is particularly useful during long live cricket sessions where time can pass quickly.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen summaries of your net gaming activity during a session, showing deposits, wagering, and net wins or losses.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite suspension of your account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Karachisata will never use marketing communications to encourage a player who has set a deposit limit or activated a self-exclusion to reverse those restrictions. Players who have self-excluded will be removed from all promotional mailing lists for the duration of the exclusion.

10 Privacy & Data

Karachisata collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering requirements, and deliver the Platform's services to you. Karachisata uses industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest. 11 Liability

Karachisata provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Karachisata's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the net amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Karachisata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Karachisata is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment processing delays, cyberattacks, or natural disasters. In such circumstances, Karachisata will take reasonable steps to restore services as quickly as possible and communicate updates to players via the Platform or official communication channels.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

Karachisata may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made — for example, changes to bonus rules, account verification requirements, or withdrawal processing times — we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently for legal or security reasons.

Minor updates, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the meaning of any provision, or additions of new game categories, may be published without prior notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the Terms were most recently amended.

If you do not agree with changes to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your PKR balance before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
